ANNUAL CARP FARMERS' MARKET GARLIC FESTIVAL Saturday & Sunday Aug. 9-10th, 2008   8am to 3 pm Saturday and 10am to 3pm Sunday We're pleased to host a producer-based Garlic Festival. It will be two full days of the most delectable, tastebud teasing, garlic gourmet delights. As well as your favourite, regular Market vendors there will be a full schedule of garlic lectures, cooking demos, awards, food specialists and juried garlic artisans. Over 120 vendors and lots of free parking.
