Pancake & Crepe Mixes: Pancake & crepe mixes from COUNTRY CREATIONS are made with only the finest ingredients and there are no chemical additives or artificial preservatives. Crepe mixes are made with enriched white flour and buckwheat flour. Pancake mixes are made with a special mixture of whole wheat and enriched white flour with the added benefit of oats. We currently offer four varieties of gourmet pancake mixes: 1) Original 2) Blueberry (with dried blueberries) 3) Apple and cinnamon (with dried apples and cinnamon) 4) Maple (with maple sugar) Berry Sauce: Based on our famous 'farmers' market' recipe, our mixed berry sauce is made from carefully selected strawberries, raspberries and blueberries blended with orange and apple juice.
