Gardening Organically Our farm consists of 25 acres but our organic garden is actually only about 3 acres. Our main large garden is surrounded by a stand of several thousand 20 year old Red Pines we planted ourselves. We have various gardens containing vegetables and annuals also perennials, oriental & Asiatic lilies connected by scenic pathways nestled among the pines. We specialize in cut & everlasting, annual & perennial flowers including a large assortment of lilies, gladiolus, snapdragons, lisianthus, sunflowers and delphiniums and many others to numerous to mention. To compliment our flowers we have added many of our favourite organically grown vegetables which include early potatoes, gourmet yellow & green beans, carrots, beets, squash, onions, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. We also grow fresh cut herbs basil, dill, cilantro, parsley and summer savory. Fall decorating ideas can come together using our various types of ornamental corn, sunflowers, and dried flowers including larkspur, German statice and nigella collected over the summer months and dried. Large selections of aster, gompherina for fall bouquets and pumpkins for the table, freezer or just plain old decorating. Special orders gladly filled at the farm or visit by appointment only.
