Kathleen's Kitchen uses Barry-Callebaut French and Belgian chocolate exclusively in the making of her truffles.Each of our truffles are hand-made using the finest ingredients we can find and we use no preseservatives. Kathleen's Kitchen has two goals: give you a taste experience that leaves you asking for more; and develop innovative flavour combinations you won't find anywhere else. When you bite into any of our creamy mouth-watering truffles, the flavours explode in your mouth. We are now offering chocolate truffle cheesecakes in 4.5” and cup cake size. Standard nine-inch cheesecakes can be custom ordered. The difference is our chocolate truffle bottom.
