We produce pure Lanark honey in the old traditional cold-filtered method. Our honey is non-pasteurized and is local to the Pakenham and Almonte area. We also produce organic vegetables and garlic. From our small flock of Romney sheep we produce hand-spun hand-knitted woven items such as hats, headbands, pure woollen mittens and warm socks or scarves woven from wool and silk.
